Well I am about to give up on 3dr, I have purchased 2 sets or radios, run the 3dr radio program in which I can confirm that the radios "talk" and I can get the air unit to revive the copy of necessary information.However, no matter what I do I can't get the radios to work inside mission planner.I tried initializing both units as attached to my lap top ( together and at different times) , have done it without using usb when air unit attached to the drone, changed the baud rate, tri d it with every combination of the 4 3dr radio units I have, and now I read about switching the Rx & TX microscopic wires on the telematry TO raido CONNECTION and frankly I can't see well enought to try that type of surgerY. ( ALL OF THIS IS ON AN APM 2.5 FYI) I have read all post I can and at this point I'm invested into this issue by well over 12 hours over the course of a couple of months and I think I'm better off working more and buying a system that actually works. None-the-less the Nebraska stubborn in me wants to keep on trying so I ask .....are there any ideas out there that a 46 year old mulitgradiaint wearing hobbyist might realistically try to get the radio trelemtry units to work with mission planner?All comments appreciated.
