Hi, what kind of telemetry ranges should I expect with 3DR radio (line-of sight)
What kind of APM telemetry ranges you have managed to achieve with standard 3DR radio setup, standard antennas without any additional amplifiers.
It is a big difference to actually send the data than just to see if the radios are linked together.
If the radios are linked and the green lights are on and the distance between radios is for example 200 meters, in reality the telemetry data is flowing reasonably only at 50 m distance.
If you have any experimental test results, it would be nice to know what kind of setup parameters you have used. ECC, frequency 433/900, tx power, channels etc... The best comparison results would be achieved if everyone tested the radios with standard 3DR stock antenna wit no amplifiers.

I am getting 5200-6200ft of range LOS in the air consistently with the 900Mhz version and stock antennas.
