After a recent crash, I repaired all the physical damage to my drone. However, now when I plug in a full-charged battery (confirmed with field tester and hobby shop expert), the pixhawk tells me there's a low voltage warning, and that the battery is close to dead. I also have my Mission Planner software making the same claim of a dead battery through radio telemetry.
Where do I start looking for the issue?

I had the same exact issue, and only today traced the problem back to the actual Pixhawk device. I even opened mine up and searched for damage, but found none. I did notice the processor gets really hot. To fix my drone, I had to get a new Pixhawk.
