I'm fairly new to UAVs but I have been doing a fair bit of research and I think I am going to go with a 3DR X8+ (I need the payload capacity it offers).
I have a few noob-ish questions related to cameras and gimbals:
Camera
I'm looking at the following camera
Canon s100/110
Canon sx-230/240/260
My primary concern are clear photos and the ability to do continuous shooting at 2 fps or higher. Video is less of a priority right now.
How do I program and/or remotely trigger continuous shooting on these cameras? Do I need to download the CHDK?
Camera Mounts & Gimbals
What camera mounts should I get for the above cameras? I need to minimize vibration as much as possible. Also what gimbal works best? Seems like the Tarot gimbal that comes optional on the X8+ will only work with a GoPro.
