I just hooked up my 3DR radio units and the link was great, then disconnected and reconnected and the link stopped, now, one unit will not connect or update in any way.
It blinks green and red when connected to the apm, but only blinks green and very slight red on the twos when connected to the computer. Ive tried resetting, copying the info from the working unit this one, load settings, save settings...
Tried through MP and 3drradioconfig utility but I always get failed to enter command mode.
It worked fine earlier and I didnt do anything to break it. Any ideas??

Problem solved. Im glad I could figure it out :)
I went into the 3dr radio configuration standalone program and changed the baud rate at the very top left to 115k. This allowed me to communicate with the radio that I accidentally changed to that baud. I then changed the baud back to 57k in the parameters below and everything resumed.
