Hi, quick question:I have an older ftdi to usb cable. The 5v kind. Works just fine on my 5v arduino clone. I noticed that the instructions here tell you to get a 3.3v ftdi. Yet... from what I can tell the system is powered at 5v. Will my current cable work, or does it risk damaging the ardupilot? Thanks!

Both 3.3 and 5v cables can work fine. We actually recommend the new 5v Sparkfun FTDI board.
But it's important that the cable brings out the DTR pin or the ArduPilot board won't autoreset and it will be nearly impossible to load the code. The cables/boards we recommend all do this.
