Hi..Wanna ask something.. What kind of airfoil that is good for low speed UAV. I wanna design light UAV (not exceed than 150 gr) that bring a micro camera.THank you previously

the mission will be done indoor, it will circle around the area with radius 10 m to see the object below.. so i think to make the surveillance accurate, it has to fly at low speed
With slow aircraft like you want, the airfoil does not matter too much. It all has to do with low reinolds numbers. A flat foam plate curved to have a 4% height at 40% of the chord gives good results, but you can leave it flat if you like too. 150 gram is a pretty tough weight limit to beat, even with normal rc planes. The extra 20~100 grams for the autopilot and camera will make things even more tight. That plane will probably not have the slow flying capabilities you are after. A small plane has relatively little surface area, and thus a high wingloading. A high wingloading means you have to fly fast to stay airborne...
I experimented with this a bit - you might want to consider a wire / carbon tube airframe with a synthetic sheet or fabric for the foil, as you can create a large lifting surface with very light weight materials. These are larger than what you have in mind - http://www.acesim.com/rc/ and http://www.acesim.com/rc/prime/ (I have one of these), but the design can be scaled down, and they carry significant loads in comparison to their weight at very low airspeed.
