i need to know about transmiiter to control my rc plane upto a distance og 40 miles.futaba , spectrum etc range is max upto 5 miles !please suggest long range tx or how can we modify futaba etc for this long range??

Cheaper than the DMD and apparently with similar capabilities if you tune your antennas right.
