900MHz modules good for 868MHz?

Hi,

as far as I understood, the radios are basically SDRs. Any chance to get the 900MHz modules running on 868MHz? That would be a nice option for Europe as 433MHz is ugly polluted here.

You have a 10% duty cycle on 868MHz, so the data rate is low. Not sure about usage if you have an Amateur Radio License.
