I am planning to make Aerial Video, i would like to know is there any difference shooting with a dji phantom 3 with 4k shoot the video, or the more economical one dji phantom 2 with latest gopro would do the job?
I mean the quality is very important, does the quality changes with the above options?
Need your valuable suggestions.

Not sure how much help you'll get asking about DJI on the DIY website. Also you say that quality is important, quality and video from any DJI camera or GoPro are not consider very good quality. With the X3 camera on the Phantom3Pro you can shoot in 4K and then post color correct, pan and scan to re-compose the shot and end up with decent 1080HD.
If you want quality your going to need a better camera with a real lens which will require more than a Quad - no matter who makes it.
