Hi we flew a survey grid today during some testing of our fixed wing uav. we are using pixhawk fc with sony a6000 with ir trigger.
Mision was flown at 120m and speed set to 60kph. winds were around the 20-30 kph mark and we could see it was a litle bumpy up there. Camera is hard mounted, no gimbal.
We found we had some spacing anomalies that we have not seen before where the camera has taken a whole lot of extra photos in several parts of the grid. Now we have missed photos before but this is new to us getting many extra shots
The evenly spaced shots in the top half of the pic is what id like to see everywhere. its the clusters of tightly spaced shots i dont understand.
If anyone has any ideas why this might be happening, id love to hear them.
