AeroQuad Configurator

Cannot get to respond to transmitter, the flight data responds to transmitter inputs and movement of the boards, also the flight mode doesn't change to changes in the switch position.  I do see motor outputs respond to the flight mode switch when it is changed.  Motor output status always indicates not armed.  Any advice on what is causing the problem.  I have worked my way through a number of software issues, just cannot solve this one.  Thanks.
