I've been tinkering with settings/firmware trying to get loiter to work and I seemingly broke my ALT_HOLD which was working decently well. In the middle of the alt hold it just stopped and went to the ground and idle'd then popped itself back up after about 5 seconds. Alt hold basically had it bouncing between 1 - 5 meters, not really holding anywhere. I'm at a loss as to what the issue is. The baroalt from CTUN matches very closely the actual altitude of the quad for the duration of the flight. Here are my logs and some snaps.. any ideas? I have the original foam pad in the apm 2.5 case, as well as additional cotton padding in there.
