Hi,

I have marked my waypoints as 80 meters and some days ago it was working at the exact (79-81) altitude, but last flights I get 55-59 meters even if the waypoints are 80meters. Its a 5 waypoint mission and it doesn't climb... its not the motor, its a hacker A40 very powerfull on a X8 and it can go up like a rocker if I want.

Where should I look to find out what's happening?

Thanks

  • I get a similar problem. My waypoints are all at 100 metres above the ground, but the flight is done at constant height above sea level. I expected it to follow the terrain. Is there something I am doing wrong in Mission Planner?

  • Did you press the "Home Location" button on the Flight Planner tab (right bottom corner)?

Maybe your home altitude is from the previous flight.

Did you cover the barometer altitude from APM2?

Did you change some PIDs from last good flight?
