I got another good flight in today, and learned some things.
You'll see in the video that stabilize and auto both work great to keep the plane flying true.
Around 4:20 you'll see some good stall inducing turns and quick recoveries.
Things I need to work on:
1) Waypoints: I went into auto mode for a bit, and she took off somewhere, just not where I wanted her to go.
2) Range: I need to check the range, and log files and see what happened at 5:29 in the video. I remember being neutral on the sticks, and the plane in stabilize mode gave me a pretty straight shot at the ground. Thinking it lost contact with the Tx.
3) I'm not getting throttle response on the ground in AUTO mode when trying to do an AUTO takeoff.
4) I'd like to be able to move the servos when the machine is starting up. Not a big deal, but You have to wait until after startup is complete to do a range check.
Attached is complete in-air serial log of the flight.
Thanks everyone!

1) Hmmm... I have so far only tested when starting from "GROUND" because I found it more reliable. Did you start with the switch set to MANUAL mode and zero throttle applied? With the switch in position < 5 or a substantial amount of throttle, you'll start off in an airstart instead and I don't think the IMU will be calibrated then.
2) In stabilize mode, when the failsafe event occurs, the plane will RTL. I logged a bug today regarding incorrect altitude calculation in that mode (issue 38). if you're pretty high up somewhere, then this may have affected you.
3) You need to apply the throttle yourself with the tx (assuming you expected the auto to do this for you).
