Another Issue

After all the efforts and the wonderfull help from Chris and Alex we got the simulation and everything working last night. Today a new issue arised. When trying to read or write waypoints to the APM I get the following message in APM Mission Planner

I have checked everything, com port usage and baud rate and ensured that my GPS was disconnected. 

 

What causes this?

    Was this over USB? Was your board in flight mode (CLI switch forward)?

    If so, reset your APM board, close down the all the Mission Planner windows and try again.
