Hi all,
firstly congratulate this community by the amount of information and assistance it provides to users.
I have in mind a project multicopter for indoor navigation with waypoints. I thought arducopter but can not find any control system local positioning. Do you think that this project would be viable?
I think the optical flow sensor is not too advanced for this application.
Thank you very much and greetings.

While I dont have a solution to your question, I did find this (in case you havent seen it) from MIT - http://www.gizmag.com/mit-autonomous-indoor-uav/23686/
You might be able to use it as a starting point in your research.
I have a question for you as I am researching something similar but different...I am looking for methods to create an indoor self hovering quadcopter. In your research, have you come across a method to do this?
Thanks!
