Has anyone had issues with sales support from DIY DRONES? I ordered a HEX kit but there was only 4 motors and ESC's and the hardware kit for a Quad (the frame was fine full HEX kit). I e-mailed them on the 21st of December telling them what was missing, I have since e-mailed them another 3 times(so 4 in total). All I get back is the standard automated response over the years I have spent a lot of money with the DIY Drones store, in fact I just ordered some other stuff from them that is ready to ship. I'm hoping this is just an oversight as I have always had excellent service in the passed with all my APM and GPS's etc. Hoping someone in sales takes notice of this post.

    Hi Mark, 

    Sorry to hear that. As mentioned on the site, the 3DR offices were closed for the holidays, and just reopened yesterday. Catching up with email backlog may take a day or two, but I'll make sure they prioritize your request.
