Hey guys, I'm trying to hook up my radio modem to my picopilot-NA. I think I've got a good idea on how to hook it up but want to make sure I don't miss anything. Anyone have a picture of their setup? What's the deal with the pull-up resistor?

Ok so I'm just splitting the GPS feed using a total of two wires going into the modems serial port. There's dip switch settings that I'm not exactly sure what they should be set too. Yesterday I set things up as best as I could figure out and using my terminal program got a bunch of ....00000 and an occasional 3 over and over again while the gps receiver was in a fixed position. Every few seconds there'd be a bunch more ...000..0003. I'm not exactly sure what I'm suppose to expect. Perhaps someone can make sense of my confusion?
The person from unav even stated he was resentful that hobbyists were starting to build UAV's because they're more trouble then they're worth. It doesn't really bother me though since my Attopilot has just been ordered and Dean is quite friendly :)
