APM 2.0 Rebooting on Thrust

I was hoping one of the moderators could help me out with a quick issue...

Recently, upon plugging in the battery, the APM 2.0 board will not boot correctly, no arm or gps LEDs lit.  I simply reset using the button and everything is fine, although that didn't used to happen.  However, now when I put a load on the battery by spinning up the motors, the board will appear to brown out and reboot, killing the motors.  Here is the trouble shooting I've done thus far:

Battery, receiver, telemetry were moved to my APM 1.0 copter and she flew beautifully.

I wired a second power lead from a second ESC to the APM 2.0 board thinking that one ESC was being strained to maintain 5.0 volts.  This did not help, I monitored the board voltage to be ~5.0 throughout the supposed "brown out and reboot" of the board.

One ESC is warmer than the other three, it is not wired to the APM, and is only warm to the touch.

I have not made any significant changes to my platform since it was working a few days ago.  I changed the receiver to a spektrum dx8 and added a battery lead from the telemetry module to the PDB.  I swapped back to the original receiver but the problem persists.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?  I'm a little dumbfounded because this seemed to develop slowly and get worse and more unpredictable until finally the board will reboot any time the motors are spun, and without me changing the system in any way.

Any help that can be offered is greatly appreciated, i love this project and all the work that everyone has put into it.
