I had originally shorted the 5v rail and ground on the ppm input blowing the d1 diode.
I have replaced the diode D1.
I have plugged the apm 2.0 into the mission planner. All seems to be working now as expected.
except, It won't arm.
The radio seems to be working properly and the controls are calibrated and operating within parameters as it was before I shorted the D1 diode.
the board seems to be loading and flashing as it was before the mishap.
I have even reloaded the firmware incase something became corrupt with the current surge.
I can not see anything that is not working properly, so I really have nowhere to look.
Ideas?
