Is anyone else experiencing issues with the reboot command through the CLI?
On my APM 2.5 board, the firmware is failing to go through the reboot sequence.
Upon issuing a reboot command, I'll see the message "GOING DOWN FOR A REBOOT", but then it just hangs & never comes back to life.
I looked at the source code for 'Scheduler.cpp' which handles the reboot command. I see that it's supposed to hand off the reboot to the 'APM bootloader', so I'm wondering if perhaps there's something wrong with my bootloader.
So, can I just use the Arduino IDE to re-burn the bootloader?
If not, then how do I go about getting a new bootloader on there?

May be ardupilot site could shed some light one this.
bump...can anyone help me out with this?
It's worrying me that the reboot command doesn't work.
I'd like to try re-burning the bootloader, but can't find any info on how to do it for the APM 2.5/ATMega2560...
