I found the pinout spreadsheet as in here, but this is for APM 1. Can someone educate me with the pinouts corresponding to APM 2.5.
I would like to know where are the (free) UART pins on this board???

You may be better off using the Eagle files located HERE.
Scroll down the page and open the 'READ MORE' section.
The schematic will show you all the connections used, available ports employed, and pcb spots you may be able to exploit in your project.
