Testing APM 2.5 after crash

Hello, after my plane had a bad crash the sensors on the APM still work fine, but the initialization stops at the B led (although on the GPS the fix led goes solid and all connections look fine). The only thing that I changed hardware-wise was to connect the external (3DR) gps trough the new gps port soldering the pins in the bottom as the old gps port broke in the crash.

With the ArduCopter 3.0 firmware even the A led doesn't go solid, never reaching stage B (although all the sensor work fine when observed from the planner).

How can I test my APM to pinpoint were it exactly fails?

  • Did you try running the diagnostics in CLI mode for each of the components?
