APM 2.5 unit keeps resettings. All Params lost

Hello

I'm having a major problem with my 3DR APM 2.5 unit. It has been working fine for the last year+ until the last weeks where the unit keeps resetting itself completely wiping out any calibration or other params I may have already done.

This is extremely frustrating and also dangerous because this has happened 3 times already on different occassions. At times it has happened on battery connect, and at other times its happened on USB connect.

Do you guys have any idea what could be causing this? 

What can I provide to you for diagnostics? (i figure logs might not help since its on boot, therefore i'd think nothing is logged if it resets itself)

    This happened to me yesterday for the first time. However it was a vehicle that was unused for several months. After reloading the Params it seems to be holding its memory, at least short term. I don't know why this occurred or whether/when it will happen again.

      the answer was disconnecting OSD and Telemetry. There was an intermittent spark (from what I can figure) that caused the eeprom to reset. 

      So far this has gone away by checking all wiring (first by disconnecting all extra gear to the APM) and isolating which wires were causing this issue.
