Apm 2.5+ with futaba T8J and 8ch futaba Reciever glitches, difficult arming,and out of control some times.

Im not new to building..but just got my apm shipments in last week...There glitching hard to arm and sometimes go haywire...First used v2.8.1 alti hold and gps worked well...only issues glitches and occasional haywire....Now installed v2.9.... Kudos on alt hold and new auto trim..I tried to flash atmega chip but there is no boot loader in the apm2.5+ i recieved so can not perform patch for futaba usersHow can i get these units to work with the apms i just recievedAlso gps no longer works with v2.9... I have 2.0 mediatek provided with apm i cant flash the gps.. Dont even know if i have to since its new and v2.0Please help and ask questions...I build and sell platforms mostly with dji productsMy youtube ch is uav advertisingThanks

found my fix....

when the apm reconnects you go to device manager and install new driver for the apm then it connects to flip... thanks

Update...
The apm on table watching gimbal shows the ghost glitch im experiencing occassionally..
Today the apm worked well alti hold gps lock and stable all worked right..

Only had a few ghost glitch commands...

The gps rate i think is high still ..

Anyone know if the mediatek v2.0 that ships with current apm is updated or needs flashed?
Anyone know how to flash atmega without tool on 3dr apm? Mine has no boot loader i believe.
When jumpered then shorted it disconnects from usb then gives the 3 low tone beeps stating error usb not recognized.

I have lowered the hz to 20 to make sure and isolated apm on foam

Did you get the APM 2.5 from 3DR? They should have the bootloader loaded.
