Hi,
I've got a Aerosky C6 quad that I've upgraded to a APM 2.6 clone board from Ebay. And it's flying pretty well, however, since I added a gimbal and FPV radio to my setup it's acting out a bit. I did balance out by moving the battery back to compensate. It flies very reliably in stabilize mode, and almost perfectly in loiter but not quite since it will start to demonstrate spastic altitude changes at unpredictable times. I know that vibrations are usual culplrit, however, I have mounted my APM on a dampening system as shown in this video: https://youtu.be/e2ZY8k2boFQ I show the setup at :18. This combined with the fact that the problem is not constant makes me reluctant to try to solve by measuring the z-axis and focusing only on stabilizing. Also, the stable and predictable flight in stabilize mode seems inconsistent with this problem as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
