APM configuration for DUMMIES

I have almost everything up and running.  I used the APM planner to install the code into the APM the one thing I can't seem to configure is the airspeed sensor.

I am able to pull up Arduino, downloaded the latest 2.1 update, view everything but all of the directions I are written a little vague.

As stated in the title - can anyone point me to some step by step dirrections.

After I change any of the configurations how do I get them to the APM? - Remember I used APM planner to install the code initially.

The airspeed sensor is auto-detected in the current code.

Most of the configuration can now be done through the parameter interface of a ground station (HappyKillmore, QGroundControl) or through the PID config window of APM Planner.

There are a few parameters (infrequently changed) for which you must change the value in the config file, recompile and load the code, and then do a CLI reset.
