APM Flyaway when switched to ALT HOLD

Hi Everyone,

I had a recent flyaway on my APM Mini 3.1 while trying to perform autotune.  I was in the process of tuning my quadcopter and keeping it from flipping and oscillating violently.  I was finally able to get some semi-stable hover after adjusting some PID constants.  I thought I'd take it to the park and let the autotune do its magic.  I was hovering okay in stabilize mode, but once I flipped the switch for alt-hold, it began gaining altitude at a pretty rapid pace.  I brought the throttle down but no avail.  I was still able to control pitch and roll as it got higher and higher.  Eventually, I saw it just fall out of the sky and land in a nearby parking lot.  Thankfully nobody or nothing was in the vicinity when it landed.  I'm not sure where to begin and was wondering if anybody could take a look at my log files and give me some hints.  I've replaced all the broken parts but am scared to fly until I get this sorted out.

Thanks!

Check your z-axis vibrations, your symptoms are typical of that problem.
