APM inside a wing (barometer issue)

I have a new aircraft with APM 2 , xbee etc. and the construction (foam and EPS) and the size dictates that the APM2 and other equipment will be located in hollowed out sections of the foam wing core which is then sheeted.  I know the GPS works well and so does the xbee but my question is about the barometer on the APM2

Will it be better to make a vent or air path so that the barometer can sense the different pressure as the plane rises and falls? If I need this vent then should it be from the top of the wing or the bottom of the wing or the front. If I use the bottom of the wing It will see a higher pressure as the wing flies, If I use the top It will see a lower pressure as it flies, I think It will see a high pressure at the front, which will give the best results??

Thanks for any advice.
