Under this link, and under the title of APM MAIN BOARD, there is a bullet which states the following. "Includes ability to reboot the main processor in mid-fligh". Can someone explain that briefly please?

As I recall, the PPM encoder has code that will interpret five rapid toggles of the mode switch as a reboot command. At least that's the way it works with ArduPilot.
