I'm using ArduPilot Mission Planner 1.3.32 on a Win 7 PC.  My autopilot is running ArduCopter v3.3.

I'm streaming a an MJPEG video to the Mission Planner HUD, which causes a jitter that never stops.  If I roll the quad, it makes it much worse.  It also does it when the quad is sitting stationary, but when I turn OFF the HUD overlay, the jitter vanishes immediately.  I've posted a YouTube so you can see what I'm talking about.

Also the logs are on and have messages like this when the video is running with the Jitter

The logs look like this when I turn the video overlay off, and the jitter disappears:

ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated.  Its taken me weeks to try to figure this out and no dice.  Several others have the same problem...
