Im running an APM 1.4 board and it was working fine up until a crash this afternoon. Thew board looks like is in good shape, I cant see any damage and when I plug in USB both boards power up and the computer recognizes it. However, I cant connect in the mission planner, it just times out after 30s. I tried the terminal and was able to retrieve parameters from the board. Is there anything I can do?

Try reloading the firmware. If that doesn't work, you've dinged something in the serial circuit.
