APM Planner is stalling at "radio setup"

hi everyone, just got a setup, trying to perform initial conf. but APM planner just stalls at "radio setup", CLI is the same.

anyone? Tried two receivers, different brands.

 

I haven't got a power distribution board, but that should be alright, I have the APM powered from an ESC, batt. ground and ESC ground are joined.

 

What am i doing wrong? Sorry if this is a noob question

    Only power, A and C LED light up, B and PPM LEDs remain off (mux is also off)

    can't get new board to read inputs
