APM2 with Xbee = no go

As I'm using APM2 now, I wanted to connect with xbee.

On APM1 all works fine.

I connect to UART0/2 and have no connection.

I have checked that the traces are there. Then with some reading in the forums I connected the xbee to the side UART0 but still no connection.

As optional I cut the micro traces on the underside of tha PCB and soldered the other jumpers for UART2 aka ser3. I measured the connection from the jumpers to the UART0/2 and changed the baudrate in the parameter list for ser3 to 115 (115200) as my Xbee's are configured for it.

Still can't get a wireless connection.

Retested everything with APM1 and all works fine.

Any suggestions??

  • Damn, Just retested it and connected the xbee on the side UART0 an guess what, ...... it works.

I'm damn sure it didn't an hour ago. Maybe the jumper have something to do with it.

    Nevermind, I'm happy.
