apmrover on eclipse

Hello,

I'm trying to build ardupilot with eclipse with arduino 023 and since two weeks i got errors like ''clean failed" or gcc not found path" ... is it possible to build apm in eclipse?so, where can i find a good code and library?

also, is it possible to make arducopter without by adaptating atmega in place of apm?
