ardru Mega Vs. Matrix dev board?

SO i've been planning on useing Mgea for my uav, seeing as it offers the most bang for the buck, andthe most features, ext. 
However i just learned about the Matrix dev board?
and I saw one of the features is camera tracking and targeting? 
I have already researched Mega, but would love a OSD that can track an image while flying threw its way points! any ideas?

    You can pretty much assume that UDB and APM will have the similar features, including camera tracking, over time--the two dev teams work well together and we share core code and standards. The main difference between the two are the processor and development environment. If you prefer the dsPIC platform, UDB is the one for you. If you prefer Atmel/Arduino, it's APM.
