Arducopter 3.3 missing parameters

Hi to all, 

I was going through the Complete Parameters List on the arducopter wiki page and there are some interesting parameters listed that I'm not able to find in the Mission Planner Full Parameters List (Mission Planner --> ConfigTuning/Full Parameters List).

Is there something I can do to make those parameters accessible or do i have to wait for the next firmware release ? 

For information, I was looking for EK2_ALT_SOURCE.

Also, completely non-related, is there a parameter that would tell my pixhawk to check twice as often the GPS (it is 5Hz with the 3DR GPS module and I would like to install a 10Hz GPS module) ?

    Thank you Michael for your answer. 
    It is indeed wat I feared. I think I'll will have to be patient and wait for version 3.4
