Hi, i'm trying to build my own GCS on an arduino board through Mavlink, my idea is to send waypoints to my quad copter, but first i have some trouble with my GPS, i got th crius extend board which containts an Xbee for telemetry an a Ublox LEA-6H GPS, i did the confuguration part throught Ucenter but i didn't get a good result even if i get my gps fixe...
any one can help me with that !?

the quad copter is on the ground but the gps reading is moving around the neighborhood ...
