Is there any information on the file format for for the tlogs saved by the mission planner. Or alternatively a full description of the fields and values from a log file exported to text or csv?

More specifically I am trying to identify from a log file (converted to text or csv) the take-off time from the mavlink_mission_current_t seq values.
The value after the seq identifier seems to represent the current waypoint which is helpful however I am unable to make sense of any of the other values other than the timestamp. IF there is no documentation then can anyone point to the appropriate part of the arducopter source code or mission planner source code that would give me some clue as to where these values come from?
