Hi,

 

I just finished building my 550 hex. Im having problems while holding the hex on my hand and let it hover, the motors seems jerky and overcompensating.

 

looks like the vibration is causing it. Which parameter should I adjust? I got rid of the oscillations by lowering the P in the PID's but I am getting random jerks from the motors.

 

I didn't want to let this hover on its own because it tipped over on me twice already because of this jittering of the motors.

 

 

I've read somewhere that there is a GYRO Smoothing factor to adjust. But I can't find it in the APM.
