Arducopter problem

Hello!

I'm trying to setup my Arducopter with Configurator 1.2.2. but it fails when it tries to connect my Arducopter. It writes "reading configuration" and nothing happens. I put 30 sec timeout and my USB port is the right one.

I don't know if it is correct :

I plugged my usb and my lipo to have more power.

I plugged my receiver to the ArdupilotMega.

I unplugged my motors from my 4 Esc

 

I use the ArduPilotMega Version 1.0 code.

Help!!

    Hello!

    I tried with the code which doesn't support the GPS 1.6 firmware and the Configurator works fine .... The channel radio is ok, sensor too, motors respondn but GPS hasn't the red light on...

    What can I do? I don't understand.
