    The Aeroquad uses the Arduino Mega board while the Arducopter uses the APM. Also, the Aeroquad uses the Aeroquad Shield 2.0.6 while the Arducopter makes use of the IMU Mega.

    Neither of the Megas are outline and mounting compatible. Also, the Aeroquad Shield appears to use I2C accelerometers and gyros while the IMU Mega is still using analog versions.
