I just hook up my IMU board to the FTDI cable and run the ArduIMU test software, the sensor is level and not moving, but my Z YAW sensor shows thats moving look at the video.

Is my IMU sensor damaged or not calibrated? its brand new and is the first time Im using it.

    Carlos, yaw will always drift until you have a GPS connected, locked and the device is in motion. The only way it corrects the natural yaw drift is with the directional vector from the GPS.

    This is all covered in the manual.
  • Although I don't know anything about the ArduIMU, what you're showing looks like normal gyro drift to me.
