I built ArduPlane 2.50 on my desktop successfully running Windows Vista. When I moved it to my laptop running Windows 7 (64 bit OS), it fails to build. Just to make sure I didn't do anything in the transfer, I put the Arduino 1.0.1 and ArduPlane 2.50 on my USB drive and built it from there. Success on Vista, Failure on Windows 7.
I don't know that it has anything to do with the OS, but I don't know what else might be different. Maybe someone else has had this problem and found the fix?

Are you sure the Arduino config file (that tells it where to look for the libraries) is on the USB? Check the config menu to see if it's pointing to the right library folders.
