Arduino Backpack for HC-SR04 for Analog output

Hi,

I have those HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor and want to use them for Drone (APM controlled). However, HC-SR04 are not directly compatible with APM. Other commercially available HC-SR04 compatible with APM have a backpack of Arduino 328p. Is there any way to create that backpack? Do anyone have code that runs on those backpacks?
