Arduino Uno and Ardupilot mega , are they the same in the code?

Hi guys , well i know Ardunio uno and APM are different in processor and other things, i found this project but im not sure if i can download the code and upload it into my APM if it will work or not 

 

can someone check and confirm please ?

    No, it won't work on APM, I'm afraid. The code will run but all the I/O is different.
