ArduPilot 2.5+ swaps channels during flight

I installed my ArduPilot 2.5+ in a tricopter. Firmware version is 2.9.1

I have this strange problem with my ArduPilot 2.5+ that channels swap while flying.
That means for instance forward swap to left, back to right and so on.
First I thought it would be the receiver, but after changing it the problem persists.

Can't tell you when it appears. Sometimes after just a few seconds, sometimes after some minutes.
So far I remember it never happens when I hover close to my position.

    Sounds like your switching into simple flight mode during flight. You need to check your channel config.

    Are you using simple mode?
