So I recently purchased this RC kit.http://www.nitroplanes.com/78a117-f117black-kit.htmlI want to install an autopilot feature on it. But im curious if there is a possibility to eliminate the Remote Control all together? Is there any autopilots out there that can take off and land automatically?

APM can take off and land automatically, but it is very unwise not to have RC as a backup. It's very unlikely you'll be able to set up the airframe blind, and the most likely outcome of flying without RC during the setup/testing period is a aircraft-destroying crash.

Weight will be the problem. There isn't enough lift in the wings on that plane to carry much weight.
It already at 27 ounces? It flys on thrust alone.
Get something with a lot of lift and that can take a beating.
