At the moment I am using Ardupirates r627 firmware and wondered if AC 2.0.55 Alt_hold is now a reliable alternative?
I know that 2.0.55 has more flight modes etc than r627 but after reading some of the threads in this forum I would like some reassurance of how well it flies?
How do their Stable, Pos Hold and Alt Hold functions compare?

Alan, the latest code is 2.1.1r9--we're a long way past 2.0.55. You can either load slightly earlier code directly from the Mission Planner, use Arduino to load 2.1.1r9 or wait a few days for us to finish testing the latest code and push it out to the Mission Planner.
